ALFC Series Auto Liquid Filling And Capping Monobloc
Automatic Filling and Capping machine for the application of light liquid filling and capping for plastic or glass bottles. The machine is composed by a conveyor, SS316L volumetric piston pump, top-bottom filling nozzles, liquid buffer tank, bottle index wheel, capping system. The bottle loading/unloading through loading/unloading turntable (alternative Ø620mm or Ø900mm), or directly from an production line.
The linear filling and capping machine is mainly suitable for liquid filling and capping operations in pharmaceutical factories. This machine adopts mechanical mold clamping and positioning, and it is simple and convenient to change specifications; the machine transmission adopts mechanical transmission, which is accurate and stable, has the characteristics of low loss, stable work, stable output, etc.; touch screen, PLC intelligent control, simple operation, man-machine Convenient dialogue; it has the functions of no filling without bottle and shutdown without bottle, which can complete filling, capping, capping and other processes, especially suitable for mass production. The work surface of this machine is protected by stainless steel, and the whole machine meets GMP requirements.
The filling machine adopts a 316L stainless steel piston pump, and the interface adopts a quick clip structure, which is easy to disassemble, clean and disinfect. The needle adopts a siphon needle, which can solve the problem of dripping and hanging liquid from the needle, pulling up and filling, and no dripping occurs. It adopts constant torque and automatic sliding device, which will not damage the cap, the bottle will not follow the rotation, and will not damage the appearance of the bottle.
