Automatic bin blender is an ideal blending equipment to execute blending tasks in pharmaceutical, chemical, foodstuff and other industries. The rotary mixing hopper is aligned at an angle of 30 degrees to the blending axis, it enables the materials to be mixed in the hopper with rotary turning and simultaneously moved tangentially along the hopper wall to provide the best blending results. The PLC automatic control system is adopted and equipped with infrared safety device and discharge butterfly valve to ensure a safe production process. The bin blender allows materials to be processed through different processing sections in the same container, eliminating the need for frequent feeding of materials. This automatic bin blender provides excellent performance in aspects of efficient controlling of dust and cross contamination, reduction of material loss and optimization of production process, and is certified in fully accordance with GMP standard in pharmaceutical production.
