“Equation of Success”Management Outing Training Session

On the morning of September 24th, the leaders of Aligned gathered together and went to Wenzhou, China to participate in a three-day closed training meeting. The theme of this training was “Equation of Success”.

In the morning, the leaders arranged their belongings, successfully checked in at the hotel, and hurried to the meeting site to start the first day of learning.
In order to ensure the quality of the training and to better learn the management philosophy of INAMORI KAZUO, everyone must hand in their mobile phones during this training. This is a challenge for busy leaders. Let go of all the noise and devote yourself to learning.
The three-day schedule is very substantial, and the time is almost seamless, which is also a challenge to everyone’s physical strength.
