Buying a complete pharmaceutical production line from a single supplier sounds straightforward. What the FAT Session Covered

The Factory Acceptance Test was structured to validate the line at every level. Each machine was first inspected and tested individually, confirming that individual units met specification. The line was then connected and run as a complete sequence — from granulation through to final packaging — with the full production flow verified in the order it would operate at the client's facility. Output was checked against the client's actual production requirements, not a standardised benchmark. Only once every stage had been reviewed and approved did the shipment receive final sign-off.
