It eliminates the deformation of the blister caused by heat radiation while staying, and facilitates the cleaning of the anilox board. At the same time, it acts as a buffer during overpressure, which is beneficial to prolong the service life of the machine.
8. The upper and lower reticulated male and female are heat-sealed, that is, the front and back sides are dot-shaped reticulated. Because the stress on both sides is equal, the plate is flatter and the sealing performance is improved.
9. Automatic alarm and shutdown when PVC is finished and broken, and it is equipped with emergency stop safety device, which improves the safety of the operator in debugging and mold changing.
10. All parts and hoppers in contact with medicines are made of stainless steel and non-toxic materials, which meet the requirements of “GMP”.
