DPP-260 Automatic Blister packing Machine is our advanced equipment designed under updated improvement. Adopts of the integral technology applying frequency inverter for speed control and mechanism, electricity, light and air to machine. Its design is in strict compliance with GMP standard and takes lead in the blister packer’s filed. Featuring advanced functions, simple operation, high output, and the machine is ideal packing equipment for large and medium size pharmaceutical enterprises, health food and food stuff plant.
1. The equipment can be packaged and transported separately, which is convenient for long-distance transportation and handling. After entering the workshop, it is fixed with screws, and the assembly is convenient and fast.
2. There is a splicing station, and the splicing speed is faster after the packaging materials are used up
3. The tempered glass protective door will automatically alarm when the door is opened or not closed tightly, and the equipment will stop running to protect the safety of operators during debugging and mold change
4. The transmission area under the equipment is separated from the upper operation area independently to avoid cross-contamination between the two areas and facilitate cleaning
5. The upper and lower sides of the heat-sealing mold are mesh-shaped, and the force on both sides is equal, which improves the sealing performance and makes the lamination more uniform and complete
